• Visit www.bktechnologies.com, www.interopone.com, Webchat.interopone.com, and Admin.interopone.com

If you are authorized to download and use this Application by your employer or any organization that is a customer of InteropONE, your data may also be subject to their policies. Please contact them regarding their policies and practices.

Your continued use of the Application indicates acknowledgment of changes and agreement to our terms.

• Push notification name (if applicable)

By downloading the Application, you will be registered as an InteropONE User (“User”). If you allow the Application access to your mobile device’s address book, it may collect:

• Mobile numbers of Application Users (other registered users)
• Mobile numbers of Personal Users (contacts stored in your device)

Automated Information Collection

Collected data may include:

• Device information (IP address, device type, OS, browser)
• Dates, times, and duration of usage
• User actions (page views, navigation patterns)

3. How We Process Your Personal Information

Your data may be processed by our internal staff or third-party service providers bound by contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality.

Your name may be visible to other Users if stored in their mobile address book.

9. Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact interopone@bktechnologies.com, and we will delete the data.

10. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals

The Application does not respond to browser-based Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

11. Linked Services

The Application may link to third-party services (e.g., Apple Store). We are not responsible for their privacy policies.

12. International Transfer

We are based in the United States and store data there. By using the Application, you consent to your data being processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Notice is governed by Florida state law. Any legal action must be filed in Melbourne, Florida, or Brevard County, Florida.

Each party waives objections to jurisdiction and venue.
